IMPORTANT: Create a FrameChannel account before setting up your frame. Create an account HERE. (Be sure to write down your Username and PIN as you'll need these when setting up your frame.)

If you need additional help, take a look at our FAQs or Contact Us.

Step 1: Connect your frame to your WiFi network

Power the frame on and tap the Menu button on the lower left hand side of the screen.

Tap the settings icon on the right hand side of the screen.

The first item on the Network menu should read WiFi. Tap the On option if it isn't highlighted.

To select your desired network, locate the third menu option, Search WiFi network, and tap the button.

Locate your desired network and click Connect. Once connected you will see a green check mark next to that network's name on the list.

Tap on the Exit button in the upper right corner to return to the main menu.

Step 2: Enter your FrameChannel account information on your frame.
Note: You'll need your FrameChannel username and PIN to complete this step.

From the main menu, tap the Photo icon on the left hand side of the screen.

On the Photo screen, tap the button on the upper left hand side of the screen. The Setup drop down menu appears. Tap Setup.

Tap the Web Photo setup button (second icon on the left hand side of the screen). The Web Photo screen (as shown below) will appear.

On the first menu item, Add an account, tap the button.

On the first menu item, Link, tap the button.

Tap on Frame Channel from the available options.

On the next menu item, Title, tap the button to open the Keyboard. Type in your desired Title (this the title you want to see displayed on the photo selection screen, not necessarily the same name as your Frame Channel account) and tap OK to save. For both User Name (Option) and Pin (Option), on their respective lines, tap the button to open the Keyboard. Type in the User Name and Pin. Tap OK to save.

Note: If the User Name entered contains invalid characters, a pop up dialog will appear to prompt you re-enter the information.

On the Save line, tap Yes to save the web photo account settings or tap No to cancel your settings. You will be returned to the Web Photo screen.

The newly created account will be displayed in Web Photo setup screen.

Exit the Web Photo setup screen by pressing the exit button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will return you to the main menu.

Step 3: Start your FrameChannel slideshow on your frame.

Select the Photo choice from the main menu. From the Photo screen, select Web Photo.

Double click the Frame Channel icon.

Double click the folder that has the Title you entered when you set up the Frame Channel account (you can have multiple accounts set up).

Thumbnails of your images will appear. Double click on the first image in your slideshow collection. When the image appears, tap the bottom of the screen. A series of icons will appear. Tap the play icon, which is the second from the right. This will start your FrameChannel slideshow.
